Discover
To really get an insight into your business, we’ll carry out a series of discovery sessions before we engage in any activity. These sessions enable OCMO to build a trusting relationship with you and your team, to fully understand your business's marketing aims, objectives, processes and ways of working.
Create
Using the knowledge from the discovery sessions, we will create and present a unique marketing strategy for your business. Included will also be a detailed project plan, recommended KPI’s / targets, work flow charts, organisational structures and budgets. The presentation of our proposed marketing strategy to you / the leadership team will only be finalised once it has been signed off by the business.
Implement
Typically, our marketing strategies result in an OCMO partner being placed in your business to manage the execution of the agreed marketing strategy. Their key roles will usually be to own the successful implementation of the agreed marketing strategy and to ensure that all marketing support activities are effectively executed by either your team or OCMO’s support team.
Data
At this stage, we look at what our metrics are telling us. The data we collect takes us back to the create stage. Based on what we have learned from the data we will either stay focussed on the original strategy or make the necessary edits. Typically, the data we collect will cover - how we are performing with you (relationship, budgets, timely execution of the strategy) - your engagement with clients and customers (social media engagement, web traffic, customer journey analysis) - the effectiveness of the strategy (sales, leads, conversion rates, profitability)
